What is the truth? Are you really involved?
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 09 September 2015
Anticipatory bail can be granted if court satisfied, bail depends on many factors.
Biswanath Roy (Expert) 10 September 2015
From the given facts no opinion can be formed. Grant of an anticipatory bail depends upon many factors. Eligibility and the power of Court were challenged under various facts and circumstances of various cases and so many judgement related to were published in law journals so unless the whole records of the case is to be studied carefully nothing can be commented.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 17 September 2015
I agree to the views and opinions made by most respected senior counsel learned Mr. B N Roy Sir. A perfect piece of opinion hence nothing to add from my side on this issue any further.
