please guide me regarding rules for conformation in a regular post, pf deduction annual increments for collage lecturer even after working for five years in aregular post

It depends on the rules laid down by the said organization.

After 180 days you can ask for confirmation, if there are no contract involved.

You should atleast intimate whether it is Govt college or private. Answers varies in both cases.
