Regarding accept the notice

(Querist) 01 June 2012 This query is : Resolved
Hi
I am Punita Parnami. My grand father has 5 sons. two of his sons (bade papa and my papa) living seperately from 12 years. Dadaji is living with my 3 uncles. my grand father has a house in main market (25x120 sq feet) and has 12 acre land. He himself has purchased this 12 acre land. before some time my 2 elder uncle (3rd n 4th no sons) has sold 3000 sq feet land by making pressure on my grand pa and didn't give a single rupee to him. Now my grand pa come to know that both uncles r not right. At present my both uncles want to take that full house and land part also. Dadaji is ready to give that full house but he don't want to give any land part to both of them. For making pressure before 2 days my uncle (4 no son of my grand pa) told that he will send dowry related notice to grand pa and my youngest uncle(The uncle who is sending notice got married before 12 years and have 2 children. His wife is from amrawati maharastra).Yesterday a notice came to dadaji through lawyer from amrawati maharastra by speed post but we didn't take that notice. So what to do. Should we take that notice or not. What will the further process if we will not take that notice. please give suggestion how to solve this issue

You must take notice and reply it thru advocate.
do not worry for 498 etc, it may result in temp harassment, that's all.
Your grandpa can file suit fore cheating and grabbing money selling his property.

It is your duty to receive the notice and reply with the help of some your reliable lawyer.

Dear Punita,

1. At once file a suit for setting aside Sale of properties already alienated citing undue influence and coercion.

2. Recieve the Notice and reply, also tell you grandfather to disown both your uncles publicly in light of the fact that they are indulging in collusive 498A complaints with their wives to harass and torture you people.

3. Explore other legal remedies that you have.

Feel free to talk !
