Sir,
Kindly advise me wherefrom i can obtain the following case law : (2012)7SCC462-B.This case law is on "Retrospective/Retroactive Operation/Retrospectivity - General Clauses Act 1897, section 6.I need it reg. Hindu Succession Amendment Act,2005 which is prospective in operation and section 23 of he HSA has been deleted.HSA 2005 is applicable to Ancestral Property , then what about Separate property?
