Hi, I want to know about the rectification of chain deed. I want to buy a property and I am 4th party, in document there is one deed is missing and person is also not traceable. I request you to kindly let me know the way to correct the chain deed.

There is no way until you have a xerox copy of the same. Purchasing that property could be risky.

Take certified copy of the missing deed from the registrar office.
