Re:-dissolution of partnership firm/retirement of partner from a firm

(Querist) 03 November 2011 This query is : Resolved
Hi Everybody.
I had joined a partnership in Jan 2010 as a tax consultancy services. For two years it was going on good. But in middle of second year after some good profits and misunderstanding with the partners we decided to dissolve the firm or at least i to retire legally.
1)The deed which was constituted in 01 Jan 2010 was in a wrong way the agreement date was wrong.so the deed was not legal.
2)In October,2011 i tried to get out from the firm then also other three partners are not responding for that.

Whether i can solely do something in order to be safer on my side.thanks in advance.let me know ASAP.

The query is not speaking one and is silent on several aspects. What is bad with DEED can not be advised with out looking into that.

However if the partnership Firm is registered with registrar of the firms, then after giving notice of accounting and desire to retire you can retire. In case they do not allow for your peaceful exit ,you can file a suit of accounting and dissolution.
