As mentioned, some portion ancestral property was give to my aunt & remaining to other parental as will on ground that we are able to survive our life.
We had already filled a case but i want to know reality whether we can win or not??

My grandpa had given some portion of ancestral property to my aunt & remaining to other uncle's family except my family on account of our status.
We had already filled a case but only want to know whether ancestral property can be sell in family.

yes, ancestral property can be sell in or out family after partition of property between the heirs.
