query regarding tenancy

i had a shop which i had lent to one tenant in year 2005 at Rs 1500/- per month by entering in to an agreement for 11 months on non judicial stamp paper of Rs 100/-. i had not given any rent receipt to the tenant. the rent was received in cash. now for around 8 months tenant is neither paying the rent nor opening the shop and nor leaving the shop. what can i do legally? i had not made any fresh agreement also.

He is Tenant only
The Lease Period is completed
He made default in paying the Rents
He is not using the premises as tenant holdign over
He is not entitled to continue in the premises & he has no right to keep the premises under his lock and Key
Notice to be issued for Eviction & Suit to be filed for eviction , for recovery of Rents and damges.

Issue notice to vacate the premises and later on u file a suit against the tenant. I also agree with advised members.

Issue legal notice for evication and payment of rent arrears. On default initiate legal proceeding befor competent authority.
