at civil court...under divorce under mutual constant..

1st motion done...

2nd motion filed....

Now, since several dates.. the girl is not coming before the court for her statement..!!

What action can be taken now...?

Is there any judgment regarding 2nd motion, if 2nd motion is filed and either the party is not coming to the court..?

it would be dismissed if either petitioner is not coming to court . maximum time is 18 months from date of filing of petition for divorce by mutual consent .

after lapse of 18 months, petition will be dismissed.
