sir
i want open school for social purpose and registered under trust act but one problem faced by me,i want open school in 4 state e.g.bihar,delhi,u.p and utrakhan.am i lible for registration for all state or not.

Trust registered in any of the states is legal and no separate registration is required in every state but the rules for opening schools in each state is different and it is better to study those rules and schools may be opened accordingly without any problem.

The trust deed need not to be registered in every state. But trust deed must have a provision that it can open schools through out India and if such provision is not already there, in the trust meeting that can be added.
