I am a post graduate & I want to plesd in consumer forum for motor & cattle clatms & also retired from gen.ins.co. after 28yrs. of service.what I do to plead the csaes.

if you have sufficent knowoledge of field you can wark , but not as lawer ,only consultant of thes cases, generally these case starte by the name of consumers

To plead before the forum u must be the complinant or duly authorised Advocate by means of vakalar, otherwise u can't plead.

according to my view you can appear in consumer forum if you are the complainant , but for doing pleading for other you required an advocate
