Quashing of fir under section 297 ipc

1. can we quashed a fir for 297 ipc.
2. and i want to get information about Trashing my mobile tower in reliance company how can i get information via police or via simple application?

1. Quashing is rarely allowed and more so when there is apparent error on the face of complaint itself.
2.You can not get so without court order.
