Sir, I want to purchase a land . on searching the details of its
' khasra no' on website,type of land is mentioned as '' bhumi
jo sankramaniya bhumidharo ke adhikaar mein ho" I wish to
know whether I can buy this land for residential purpose ..
pls guide me!!!

What you have mentioned about the nature of the property is likely Government property. Hence it is better to refer Revenue Records. It depends upon the Local law which is related the state laws.
