Purchase of Auction Flat from Financial Institution

I have purchased Flat in auction sale from Financial Institution in Navi Mumbai in Nov.2009.I have paid 100% payment to Financial institution. I have also made registration of flat & paid stamp duty & registration charges. I have submitted application to Committee members of society to issue me NOC & Share certificate on 07.12.02009. I am also ready to pay outstanding dues of past member. Inspite of rigorous follow up for last four & half months with committee members I have not received NOC from society.Further Electricity & water connection to Flat is cut off. what is remedy ?

You should serve a short legal notice to the committee say of 3 days and thereafter should file a civil suit against all the relevant members in their official as well as in their personal capacity and should obtain interim direction of the court to restore your water and electricity connections within a shortest period.

If you have made application to the members of the committee for issue of NOC, you have not followed the due process. You should apply to the President/Secretary of the Society and obtain acknowledgement. If you have done this, you may issue a legal notice and bring directions to the President/ Secretary of the society to restore electricity and water supplies as well as make you a member of the society.
