i RESIDE IN DDA FLATS. tHE OUTER SIDE OF THE FLAT HAS OPEN SEWER WHICH STINKS ALL THE TIME. iT IS A REAL DANGER TO PUBLIC HEALTH.

WHAT IS THE REMEDY.

File a suit for injunction or alternatively after giving notice to the municipality to relocate it file writ in the high court if the rules of the municipality so provides.
