Dear All,

Tow members (A and B) of the public ltd. company want to appoint Mr. X as a proxy.

can both member appoint a single person (Mr. X) as a proxy ) ??

Yes. A single person can be appointed as a proxy by two shareholders.

there is no prohibition except where the interests of the two shareholders are conflicting.
