What are the various provisions under Civil Law to speed up a Civil case. Kindly respond.

all the provisions are there only to assure a fair and speedy trial. but they are being observed only in breach.

Each and every provision of civil procedure code is meant for speedy trial if the intention of warring factions is good enough including their counsels.

The speed for any trial depends solely on the conduct of the Judge and the warring advocates.

There is a famous quotations "where there is a will there is a way", as a counsel for your client you have to always put a pressure on the Judge as well as on the opponents's lawyer to proceed with the case, then only you can speed up with the case, and for the provisions you have to apply your own mind and see which provision is best suited for your case.

approach High Court to get an order or to fix a time frame for disposal of the suit. But you have to show the same by giving reason that the same is pending for several years

All the provisions are being used and can be used for delay .

For speed to come in legal system please wait for some drastic change to happen.
