does the provisional committee has the same rights/power as regestered society ?

The provisional committee with which the society was registered, have all the powers contained in the Rules and Regulation of the registered society

Thank you for ur reply,but in our case society is yet to be regestered but provisional committee is managing society's affairs with NOC of builder.does it still ve same powers inspite of not regestration ?
