(Querist) 06 May 2014 This query is : Resolved 
I had asked a query yesterday if a kerala christian daughter has any right to challenge
a will by her father giving all assets to her brother and nothing to her.I was told my father could write a will giving all to my brother.But if some part of the property is ancestral property this should be divided equally among the children,right?this can be challenged by me,right?
