Property right

(Querist) 11 March 2015 This query is : Resolved 
I have got contested divorce from my husband last year and legally child (Son) custody is with me.
Query:- My grand father-in-laws purchase a property (House) in 1960’s new Delhi Which was on lease of L N D O . He died in 1980’s without leaving any will. My grandfather-in-laws left behind two son & two sisters.In 1992 my father-in-law and his brother mutated lease dead on their name in
L N D O department records by taking N O C from their sisters. In 1997 My father-in- law & his brother free hold that said property from L N D O & got registered that property on their names.

My query:-
1.What is my & my child legal right in said property and how can i put said property in litigation and get some handsome amount amicably.

you and your son have no rights in the said property . it was grand father in law self acquired property and not ancestral property .
