Property registration

respected counsel
i purchased a property through DRTC,through auction by a bank.i have not registered that property till now.But i am getting EC in my name.My query is whether the said property legally belongs to me or not.please clarify

EXECUTION RULES OF DRTC IS SAME AS THOSE OF INCOME TAX.BETTER CONSULT A LAWYER VERSED WITH THOSE RULES. HAVE YOU GOT THE SALE CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY DRTC ALONG WITH POSSESSION LETTER THEN I GUESS NO REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

If you have sale certificate given by DRTC , you must get your name endorsed in revenue records of Municipal corpn & Tehsil. It is a valid document and you own this property legally
