Property matter

Hi ,my problem is that ,I have a property which I purchased in 1982 in my fathers name on G P A notary and my farther died in 1991 and all peoples are died who sell the property.After death of my father there requistment deed ( R D )maked in favour of myself through my SIX ( 6 ) elder sisters  Registered in tehsil .Now I want to mutation in my name , but patwari is saying that no record owner registry papers are there so he can't do. Pls help me and guide me which suit should be arise in law to make mutation EASIYER

Don't you have regd., sale deed of your father? If you have this document encl., the xerox copy of the same.
After the death of your father surviving members of your family are all legal heirs of the your father i.e., your mother, brothers and sisters.
If you ant to get it declare that you all the owners of the property then you will have to file a suit for declaration. For further advise you can call me.

Now , I have full possession and have some tenants since 1950 commercial and residential ,I have g p a and will in notary from seller done in notary on 1982 , only problem is that whenever I go to TEHSIL for Mutatin , patwari reject my application . Main thing is that sir I do not disturb to the first party ( seller ) because they are 3 brothers , and now they have a huge family , so which path do you suggest , pls help and guide me .In suit of Declaration is there is a call of the first party or not.
