(Querist) 04 July 2009 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Sir,

I would like to know wen we file a suit for injuction then, before filing the same, do we have to pay a fees in the range of (1%- 10%)of the total value of property in consideration to the court.

Well, the amount of Court fee differs from State to State. Check your State law.

The Suit for injuntion - releif will be valued at ntional suit Value - not 1% - 10 % of proerty Value ! Contact your local advocate !
