Whether a power of attorney should be Registered or it is to be Notarised ?

It depends upon the purpose of POA. If registered, it attaches more authenticity and value.

A POA not conferring power to transfer immovable property in any manner does not require registration hence one is at option
to go with even a notarized POA.
But any POA conferring power to transfer immovable property in any manner does need to be registered as of legal necessity.
