Sir,
Please advise.
we are a family of 3 brothers and mother father(epired).
we have 3 flat. two flats joint holding with mother. one flat in mothers name.two brothers are leaving in two flats and the younger one leaving with mother in the 3rd (bigger flat).
we want to settle the matter with equal ratio . with all three brother. what is the procedure.

Through partition.If any body not agree suit for partition may be filed by any one of the family member.
