Please note that property is acquired by your grand father therefore, property is divide in six equal parts including your mother and during selling time consent of all six members is necessary. If consent is not receive then you can file a suit for the same in the court for justice.

I AGREED FROM UR VIEW SIR, BUT IF THEY MAKE MY FALSE SIGNATURE AND MAKE ANY PERSON AS MY REPRESESNTATIVE OR CREATE A PROXY PERSON BEACUSE THERE IS NO PHOTO PROOF IN RATION CARD THAT THE PROXY PERSON IS IDENTIFIED THAT HE IS NOT A ACTUAL PERSON SIGNING THE ARGEEMENT OF SALE, THEN IN THAT CASE I AM EVEN UNABLE TO KNOW THAT MY HOUSE IS SOLD OUT
WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

If proxy registration is made impersonating you the same shall be treated void in law and it would be offence on behalf of seller as well as buyer.

If you are so much worried you can publish your right with photo in news paper preferably of a wide circulation covering area of Varanasi.

BUT PRABHAKAR SIR I DONT WANT TO DISCLOSE MY THINKING BECAUSE IT CAN HAMPER MY IMAGE INFRONT OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS
SO APART FROM PUBLISING WHETHER THERE IS SOME OTHER MEASURES?
Guest (Expert) 26 December 2011
Quite strange, on one hand you don't have faith in your family and fear that your family memners may get sign of some proxy on your behalf to sell property, while on the other you don't dare to get your image hampered in front of your family members.

If you don't have any faith on your family members and you are fearful of getting betrayed by them, why don't you come openly?

You can send them notice through advocate that the your share of property may not be disposed off in any way without getting your specific formal approval.

You can also publish a public notice in 2/3 newspapers, along with your photograph, to make them beware of such type of likely fraud by your family members before purchase of property.
