safema ndps act , they forfitore my property i try to appeal to supreme court but dimmis in limine , it was serious injustice happend to me , iam not cofeposa detinue my relative only detinue the real detinue paid fine and releas his property but they hold my property only im relative of him , i tried another high court ,the order was allready it gone throgh merit like divison bunch high court dimmisd, im planig to file slp befre supreme court , the mean time they gona put my property in auction. my question suppose they auction the property if i get good order from supreme court can i get my property back?
