Pls with examples & what are the documents & proof are required to make the Proof affidavit who are laible to make Proof affidavit when can a judge says to submitt Proof affidavit whether it is applicable in civil, any tax matter, divorce case also . PPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPLLLLLLLSSSS

if any case laws or notes any section regarding the detail info about the Proof affidavit.Becasue i have to prepare a presentation on it in details so pls give as details as u can give PLS.
