Hi,

What are the chances of winning a case if we file on some one who vows money to us and signed on promisory note ? will it be treated on par with cheque bounce case ?

What is the best way to take signature of some one on promisory note ?

is it good to have signature taken or finger print ( if so which finger) ?

Is it mandatory to take them on revenue stamp ?
