Production of records from mobile service provider

Advocates,

In a criminal trial instituted by police report if accused wants to get call details of mobile phone what provision of CrPC the petition need to be moved.

Is it mandatory to include the owner of the mobile phone connection as a respondent along with police and mobile service provider to get the call details.
