We had pass resolution for building temple in society primises with mejority basis.nw want to knw further legal process n documents for bmc approval for planner

Do you mean Building a temple only the temple or building for the temple? If the majority of members agreed in AGM, you may construct the temple in the place of society premises after obtaining permission from the local body (panchayat/Corpn/Mpl) authorities. Select one builder or call tenders. I think you know, if the temple is constructed, the local people/at least the people in and around society may visit the temple daily. Then you cannot object to them as it is religious purpose.

Even the society has obtained a resolution passed by majority members to construct the proposed temple, if any person belonging to other religion would file a suit for permanent injunction stating that the proposed construction of temple would hurt the feelings of other community persons living within the complex, then the court may pass an order staying the construction.
Hence you may better discuss with local advocate and proceed with the other formalities as required. to be complied

Sir it is alredy had pass in the AGM...bt dnt knw next procedure....n which documents we need frm society comittee for further proceeding...

If the AGM has passed a resolution with two third majority on such sensitive issues, you can approach cooperative court with a suit for permanent injunction restraining the association from constructing the temple in the common area of the association

if AGM has passed resolution and as long as it is not contradictory to society constitution then go ahead.
