Dear Experts,
Is there any limitation period to file a petition for probate of regd will of a late testator.
And at what stage is the administration bond/surety to be given to the hon'ble court,

Within 3 years of the knowledge of the registered will and the surity bond is to be submitted soon after the order is passed.

Shri Raj Kumar,
What if Will is 9 years old,not challenged so far, but situation arises now to challenge it by one of the beneficiaries for his own personal gain.

Shri Raj Kumar,
By personal gain I mean that there are motives/actions of/ by one of the beneficiaries to mismanage/usurp the whole property.
