Primacy of document as identity.

I had asked a query that if in both birth and passport name is correct.
However in high school they have added fathers name, ho to reconcile?
Experts advised that immediate reconcilliation be done.

My question is which document is final and on whose basis others need to be corrected.

1. Birth Certificate is final.
2. Based on Birth Certificate Passport is issued to a person (with other necessary as per Rules documents).
3. On the basis of Birth Certificate High School Certificate will be reconciled.
