for complete details of s 419 kindly consult a trial court lawyer and for s 482 kindly consult a high court lawyer .

So far as Sec. 319 is concern, it is a part of trial court where as Sec. 482 of Cr. P. C. is Inherent Power of the High Court.And there are so many rulings in this regards. Please see the current rulings.
