If any injuction order for prohibited property sent to registering officer can court included order that the related all link documents cancelled of such property?

NO, an injunction by court doesn't mean that all link documents cancelled.

I think the Trial Court have no power for conveying or ordering the Registering officer, not to engage any registration. But an Execution Court have wide powers to Order the Registrar

Injuction for what is the question here. That part only is confined in the order. There is no general application for the order.

No by passing injunction order court can not cancel the the document. Injunction meaning is different.
