Power of attorney

My client is staying in Thane with his mother.They have certain ancestral property in West Bengal. Can he give power of attorney to his mother to the extent of his share. As both are residing in Thane can the power of attorney be registered in Thane kindly suggest the corrections in draft of power of attorney

Your client can give POA favoring her mother and same can be registered in Thane.

Yes your client can give POA to her mother respective to his share in Thane and the same can be registerd in Thane. It will be Valid POA.

Dear Prachi,
Your client can give Power of Attorney to his mother, which has to be executed in Thane jurisdiction. By virtue of that Power of Attorney his mother can legaaly sell his share.
