Police verification for job

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 25 August 2020 This query is : Resolved
A case was registered against me under section 143,147,149,336,337,353,427 in 2008 (I was 17 year 9 months old) & now case disposed with remark Uncontested- Acquitted.
(My name is Atish, but Fir registered as a Satish.)
Now I have been selected in bank. Is my case record affect in police verification?
(While applying I didn't mentioned about it.)
Quick Summary
An individual facing a police verification for a bank job is concerned about a past case registered under various sections in 2008. Although the case was registered under a different name and has since been acquitted, they did not declare it during the application. While it appears unlikely to cause issues due to the acquittal and name discrepancy, seeking advice from a local lawyer is recommended to ensure no facts are suppressed.

So FIR wasw registered against some other name?

FIR was registered against Satish, and the accused was acquitted also. Seem no problem would be there.

Looks no issues. But, any declaration in your appointment process, consult with local lawyer for right action as it should not be seen as suppression of facts.

Agreed with the advice of learned expert Mr. Rajendra K Goyal sir.
