A Police officer faces the brunt of Court and a structure is passed against the police officer by the court in their judgements when they find investigation of the criminal case was not done properly, why no action is taken against the judges who give wrong judgements which is proved wrong by the higher court and are set aside.

With the spiralling corruption and absolute dishonesty in the judiciary, what you have suggested must be made the law. If any judge is proved to have delivered a wrong judgment wantonly and with evil motives,he must be directed to compensate the victim of such fraud.

Such wrong decisions are surely recorded by the supervising High Court / superiors that affect such Judges' promotion etc.
