Police not registering case

I have gone To The police Station regarding my Problem of people Creating Nuidsance around my SHOP, But They Have refuse to Register and CASE .

I Dont Know What this Department is Upto..for why they are Getting salaries.

What is The remedy for These People.Should i go to Media..\

What would the Appropriate way to Deal With These Issues, if They Starightaway refuse to register the CAse

Police shall not lodge FIR against such issue rather you need to file a criminal complaint complaint before SDM under section 133 of criminal procedure code through a lawyer.

You may register complaint under sec 133 CrPC before SDM or approach higher authorities. Media is also an option for pressure.
