Police complaint for fir

Who is authorised in case of a central govt PSU to lodge a ploice complaint for FIR whether company security or the affected officer of the department bypassing company security? Also Please clarify whether permanent workers of the company can also file for FIR in such cases?. What does indian Laws says? Kindly Clarify?

Any of the two can lodge the complaint.
If it was injury to the body then the aggrieved person should lodge complaint and if it relates to property of the PSU then concerned Head can also lodge complaint.
