Dear darshiv

Firstly check your soiety by laws, if the soiety by laws are permit to play the out door games in the soiety coumpound otherwise it should be decided from the 2/3 majarity of the soiety members otherwise playing the out door games in the soiety considered as a nuisence and not a criminal offence.

Dear Sir,

Firstly Every society has its own bye laws. The copy can be obtained from a senior office bearer in the society from there you will get the information about your matter & If they refuse to provide the bye laws, you can obtain the same from Registrar of Co-operative Societies by filing an RTI application to his office.

Secondly All the societies are governed by it members (General Body) and not by the governing body. Gather support from other members of the society and call for a General Body meeting and put your points. Re-elect the members if need be by voting.

If general body approves your points then same has to be included in the memorandum.

I think this information is sufficient for yor answer.

And playing outdoor games in not and never be an criminal offence.

You may have to peruse the society's byelaws. However, I am also in agreement with the view of Mr.chhajer.

There is no law prohibiting outdoor games in the society. The byelaws or regulations of the society may prohibit the same to avoid nuisence. Please check the byelaws of your society. If there is no ban you may play outdoor games in the compound of the society. If the byelaw prohibits the same you can not play the outdoor games in the compound. you may initiate the acton to remove, modify or change the byelaws by support of majority of members.
