dear sir,
i want to file summery suit under order 37 but thing is planitif is a private limited company and his register office situated in ahmedabad but whole transaction took placed in pune and companys branch office also in pune, so is it possible to file summary suit in ahmedbad city civil court.
pls need u r valuable guidence.

You can file the suit where ever the cause of action arose.

The jurisdiction of civil cases shall be determined if it is categorically mentioned and deeclared in the Invoices or in the agreement in connection but if no such restriction appears the jurisdiction shall be the place where cause of action arose.
