Gaykwad state granted some land for sattalment to one community in 1939 in Gujrat,Possesion of land having legal hairs of alloties and they cultivating also but not having they name as owner,How can they(Aloties) apply for permanent ownership?against who?Pls give me formet of Application.

the land is issued by its particular welfare for the particular community people for their develolpment. The title owns by the particular department. they would not transfer their title to that allottes. Because, the persons may transfer or sell to others. The main purpose is for their welfare only. They could not sell or transfer to anybody.but,
when the Government or the department decides it can give the ownership to the allottees.
