R.venkatesh Naidu (Expert) 21 February 2011
the land is issued by its particular welfare for the particular community people for their develolpment. The title owns by the particular department. they would not transfer their title to that allottes. Because, the persons may transfer or sell to others. The main purpose is for their welfare only. They could not sell or transfer to anybody.but,
when the Government or the department decides it can give the ownership to the allottees.
