Sir,
what should I do to file a perjury case? The GHMC acp (tp) has given a fslse affadavit in the High Court.

File an application u/s 340 CrPC in the court. If the court is prima facie satisfied, it will refer the case of perjury to the competent Magistrate for cognisance & trial.

Mere allegations are not enough , you have to show on face it that affidavit is false than perjury applicable.

You have to move an application regarding the perjury in the high court and suo moto the High court shall take the cognizance in this case

If this procedure is followed there will be more perjury cases than normal ones.
