Sir,
What it the period for limitation to sue or recover alleged dues by Banks i.e.what is the time limit for recovery of such alleghed dues?

thre years for recovery of the debts. and dues are to be recovered by the bank from the date of the demand notice till the complition of the three year.

While agreeing with the above views I would like to add that the period of limitation for mortgage debts is 12 years.
