Pecuniary jurisdiction

(Querist) 11 August 2012 This query is : Resolved 
It was learnt that all civil cases having value upto Rs. 1 crore will now be filed in District Court in Mumbai, Is it correct. If yes, what is the authority and from which day it would be applicable and whether it would be applicable in cases pending before Bombay High Court as on today also.
