Pay protection

(Querist) 01 October 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Sir, I have joined A PSU after retirement from Air Force. Selection was based on written exam followed by interview and merit list. I had taken prior approval from Air force before applying for the post.Here on PSU pay is less than Air Force. Am I eligible for the pay protection here? would any expert will through some light with rule. My Mob No is 9560057793
