Sir,
I have a question to ask.

I am a partner in a Manufacturing firm operating in Kolkata, West Bengal. I want to change my place of operation of office from one place to another. So what is the legal binding for it? What are the legal documents I need to execute.

Is your partnership firm registered with registrar of firms?

If the firm is duly registered then pass a resolution and do insert in the deed and then send it to registrar for effecting necessary changes in the already registered deed.
