Second wife's children cannot claim any share in the property of their step mother or their step siblings as a right.
Even the second wife herself do not have any rights over her the property of the first wife or the mother or the father of the first wife.
The second wife is a third person as far as the properties belonging to the first wife hence she has no rights whatever.
