partition agreement

A,B,C are brothers. A got PATTA for and on behalf of others in the year 1974. he wrote a partnership agreement (unregistered)agreed to divide property with B and C and given separate posession. whether the agreement for partition is a valid document.

Any property worth of more than Rs.100/- is transferred or sold should be regd., The doucment what you said is invalid doucment, because it is unregd., document

If the deed witnesses only an earlier concluded partition,it does not require registration.

if the document is written in stamp paper or any of paper, it has been signed by all the parties and if they admitted it, it has been valid whether registered or unregistered. better it has been if registered.
